Popis hry:
Dostali jsme se za polovinu Tales of Monkey Island a Guybrush Threepwood v minulé epizodě konečně získal tolik touženou houbu La Esponja Grande, která každého, kdo se jí dotkne, vyléčí od neštovic. Když jsme se tedy namáhavě dostali z nitra obrovského kapustňáka a dalšího zase uklidnili, Guybrush se dotykem houby vyléčil, ale opět jej zradila podlá lovkyně pirátů Morgana LeFlay. Jelikož si Morganu najal šílený doktor a vědátor Marquis De Singe, tak se ve čtvrté kapitole The Trial and Execution of Guybrush Threepwood vrátíte zpět na ostrov Flotsam.
